Job Description

Talors Communications is a local marketing agency in Hong Kong that provides marketing communications service, event management, and all-rounded comprehensive design for brands and promotions. The company is actively looking for an event assistant that can help with their business operations. The candidate must have a passion for events management to be able fulfil some of the responsibilities and requirements below.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize shopping mall events with the team
  • Assist with production procurement, logistics arrangement and provide onsite support
  • Prepare promotional materials for upcoming events
  • Maintain and manage event timelines, internal databases and files
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Our Requirements:

  • Undertaking a diploma or university degree (preferably in events management/ marketing/ public relations/ related disciplines)
  • Past experience in event management is an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Must be cheerful, well-organized and responsible
